In-State Tuition For GI Bill Members

Ohio is the first state to offer in-state tuition to all GI bill participants. Governor Strickland created The Ohio GI Promise, which allows all veterans of the US Armed Services, their spouses, and dependants to attend Ohio colleges and universities at in-state tution rates.
